Wildlife across Canada is under pressure as more and more species are recognized as being at risk of disappearing. Under the federal Species at Risk Act, animals are listed as endangered, threatened, or of special concern, reflecting the different levels of risk they face.

The Last Hope campaign brings attention to these species through photography, research, and storytelling. Our goal is to show both the challenges that wildlife face and the work being done to protect them, while creating opportunities for people to learn, share, and take part in conservation.
