1. Promotion Role:

The Canadian Conservation Photography Collective (“the CCPC”) is promoting The Lake Biodiversity Photo Challenge (the “Contest”) on behalf of Living Lakes Canada, who is the official organizer and administrator of the Contest. The CCPC is not responsible for the administration, judging, or prize distribution related to the Contest.

3. Official Rules:

The Official Rules, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines for the Contest are established by the Living Lakes Canada and can be found at this URL.

Participants are required to review and agree to these rules before entering the Contest.

 

4. Limitation of Liability:

The CCPC shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from participation in the Contest. By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the CCPC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability associated with the Contest.

 

5. Parental Consent for Minors:

Participants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter the Contest. A parental consent form must be signed and submitted to the Living Lakes Canada as specified in the Official Rules.

 

6. Privacy:

Personal information collected from participants will be handled in accordance with the privacy policies of Living Lakes Canada. The CCPC does not collect or store any personal information related to the Contest.

 

7. Acknowledgment:

By participating in the Contest, participants acknowledge that the CCPC is solely promoting the Contest and has no involvement in its administration or outcome. Participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules set forth by the Living Lakes Canada.
