Geoffrey Reynaud

Geoffrey Reynaud is a french FX artist and wildlife photographer living in Vancouver, BC.
For more than a decade, he has worked on several productions creating CGI special effects to help to bring movies alive. His background experience included work in commercials, animation, TV shows and live action feature film.

In his spare time, he found escape from the virtual world of VFX in nature where he pursued his passion for wildlife photography and cinematography. Using his professional background in cinema to try to produce interesting perspectives while capturing the moment and telling the stories of the wild natural world that inspire him so much and that is so fragile.
He is convinced that powerful images can help to inspire and make us feel emotion, which is important to raise awareness in effort to protect animals and their habitats.

Over the years, his work has received awards and honorable mentions nationally and internationally in photography competitions, have been published in magazines and books.
