Jordan Sidsworth

Jordan is a small-business marketing strategist based out of Guelph, ON. with a passion for all things digital content, photography, and the art of storytelling.

For as long as he can can remember, Jordan has been drawn to the outdoors and has had an unending fascination with the sensations of wanderlust, excitement, humility, and calm that natural spaces and wildlife sightings often evoke.

He is a graduate of the University of Toronto where he completed a double-major in Environmental Studies & Political Science and became well-versed in the current political arena and sociological climate surrounding conservation and various environmental issues.

With that, Jordan has since spent time working in the Forestry sector as a Tree Planter in both the urban area of Toronto as well as remote regions of Alberta. With that, he has also spent time working in the business world and brings knowledge of the manufacturing industry that he hopes will allow him to help bridge the gap between environmental movements, industry, and help contribute to a sustainable path forward.

In his free time, Jordan is an avid reader and enjoys diving into books on Ecology, Indigenous history, traditional ecological knowledge, business, and marketing.

He is excited to join the CCPC and help contribute to the growth and appreciation of conservation efforts in Canada and beyond.
