Partnership Development Coordinator

Amy Homer

Amy is a fourth year Environmental Studies Major at York University with a specialization in environmental management. She considers herself to be an environmentalist with a strong passion for conservation and wildlife. Amy has spent her academic career at York studying the irreversible degenerative impacts of climate change, and for her future occupation she would like raise awareness about this pressing issue. Amy has always been drawn to nature and animals, which inspired her vegan diet and lifestyle. She believes strongly in individuals doing what they can to lessen their own impact on the environment and inspiring others to do the same.

Amy is excited to be a member of the core team at the Canadian Conservation Photographers Collective. Her role within the collective will be the Partnership Development Coordinator, and she hopes to bring forth and develop relationships with other ENGOs and scientific research organizations. While also searching for possible collaboration opportunities with said organizations.
